So, I have this joke I sometimes tell where I say that Chamillionaire is my favorite rapper. This, of course, isn’t really true; I’ve only heard that one song of his (about filthy driving or whatever) and was not impressed. I say he’s my favorite because I really enjoy making fun of his name. Chamillionaire has to be the best (/worst) rap name ever. 

I still think he should call himself “Deepvoice Uglyface.”

(Sidenote: ”Lizard” is also the word rappers use for “lard.” As in: “You shouldn’t cook with lizard, son. That shit is full of lizzipids.”)

N*E*WAYZ!!! I was watching MTV this morning, which was playing music videos for some reason , and I happened to catch the new Chamillionaire video. I soon realized that the song features Slick Rick, who happens to actually be my favorite rapper. (Or, at least up there with Lil’ Wayne and Ghostface.) It was very exciting.

You may be asking, what happens when your pretend favorite rapper collaborates with your real favorite rapper?

Answer: Only, the Stop Snitchin’ anthem of the year! (Maybe the decade.)The video, on the other hand, is like The Chappelle Show mixed with an acid flashback.

Can you say white-faced newscaster?

Bob O’Wildy (Chamillionaire in white face) = Tommy Lee Jones + a French Bulldog?

The video totally blew my mind. I knew immediately that I was going to have to post it and discuss it here today. But when I tried looking up the video for “Hip Hop Police” on youtube, I ended up finding something soooo much better.

Apparently, “Hip Hop Police” is just the first act of a seamless two-part music video masterpiece. It’s basically just the lead-in for a second–even more amazing–music video, for the song “Evening News.” The result is the best thing I’ve ever seen and has now made Chamillionaire my favorite rapper for realzies*.

I know it’s a lot to ask, but please take nine minutes out of your day to watch this. It’s that good.

Okay, a few things. The Paris Hilton joke? Nailed it.

My favorite part is when he says:

Don Imus made comments that made everybody forget about him
That’s him, Anna Nicole got pregnant and had kids by him

I can’t believe I forgot that Don Imus impregnated Anna Nicole Smith.

Note to self: End of Days is Oct. 2nd.  Doesn’t matter, I’m getting slayed on Oct 1st.
